Send pictures, videos, notes, and audio recordings created using the iMemorized mobile app straight to your Inbox. Alternatively, you can scan files such as insurance documents and Wills to your computer, then upload them to your iMemorized Inbox. From the Inbox you can attach files to your Accounts, Assets, and Identity Documents, or transfer them to the Highly Secure Vault area (via the Buffer capsule) to attach files to a memory capsule.

Sending Files from the Mobile App to Your Inbox

If you've created a photo, video, audio recording or text note using the iMemorized mobile app, you have the option of sending it to your Inbox at any time. Sign in to the iMemorized website to see the contents of your Inbox.

Creating New Folders

Create a folder to organize your Inbox files. You can do this by clicking the Create New button to the right of the Folders heading.

Copying Files to Inbox Folders

Select any number of files from your Inbox and then select "Copy To..." from the Files menu, or right-click anywhere on your file selection and select the "Transfer Files" option. Then select "Inbox" from the transfer files menu that appears, and finally the folder you would like to copy your files to.

Select any number of files and choose the Transfer Files option.

Select your Inbox as the destination.

Then select the desired Inbox folder.

Viewing a Folder's Contents

To view the contents of an Inbox folder, select the folder by clicking on it, and then select the "Open" menu option from the folder Actions drop-down menu or by right-clicking on the folder.

Copying Files from Your Computer

To copy a file to your Inbox from your computer, press the 'Attach File' button at the bottom of the page or drag and drop files onto the file attachment target area.

Copying Files to Memory Capsules

Select any number of files from your Inbox and then select "Copy To..." from the Files menu, or right-click anywhere on your file selection and select the "Transfer Files" option. Then select "Buffer Capsule" from the transfer files menu that appears. Afterward, you'll need to access the Highly Secure Vault Area and visit the Buffer Capsule. Move any number of files from the Buffer Capsule to the desired memory capsule.

Select any number of files and choose the Transfer Files option.

Select the Buffer Capsule as the destination.
