You may want to record information about your identity documents, such as your passport or driver's license, so that you are free to look up this information securely at any time using iMemorized. This information will be available from the iMemorized web portal, but you can also make it available in the iMemorized mobile app. If you've saved a copy of your passport in iMemorized, rest assured you'll be able to remotely access it if the need arises.

Select the ID Documents menu option in either the Member's Secure Area or the Secure Vault Area to visit the ID Documents page. ID documents you create will always exist in the Highly Secure Vault Area, but you can choose whether or not they should appear in the Member's Secure Area. Similarly, you can also control which ID document records are accessible to you while using the iMemorized mobile app.

To attach a file to an ID document record, switch to the ID document details view by clicking on the ID document name or pressing the blue edit button in the Actions column. At the bottom of the ID document details page you will see a file attachments area. Press the 'Attach File' button or drag and drop files onto the target area to attach them.
Check the box in the Mobile column of an ID document record in the Members Secure Area to make that ID document available in the iMemorized mobile app. Similarly, checking the box in the Zone1 column of the Highly Secure Vault Area will display the ID document in the Members Secure Area. This allows you full control over which ID documents appear where.

To view the details of an ID document record, click on the ID document name or use the blue edit button located in the Actions column. To delete an ID document, use the red trash can button also located in the Actions column of the ID documents table.
